By always using AIDET and by always working to be the best place for patients to receive care, we help alleviate patients’ stress and improve outcomes.
But we still have room for improvement. In the final months of 2012, let’s make a special effort to providing an outstanding patient experience. We’re improving our scores, but we can still make an extra push to beat last year’s score of 94% overall patient satisfaction.
