We put a lot of effort into giving the best possible experience to every patient, every time. Our success is measured by our patients’ feedback and comments after their appointment, procedure, or stay. Here on The Pulse, you’ve read countless thank you letters from patients who were genuinely impressed with the personal compassion and care they received at KSB. We can also see our success through the results of follow-up surveys conducted with recent patients.
Through November 15, we have a 94.2% overall satisfaction score. That means we’re on track to post our highest overall patient satisfaction scores in the last six years!
We still have six weeks of data–from November 15 through December 31–yet to be reported, so keep up the great work! Remember, excellent patient service isn’t a sometimes thing, it’s an ALWAYS thing.
