    KSB is the best place for patients because we have the the best nurses, doctors, techs, and support staff. What could be better than receiving care from a highly-skilled provider who also smiles, explains what's happening, and helps put you and your family at ease?

    The story right above this one is a perfect example of why KSB is the best place for patients. We try to always go the extra step for our patients.

    KSB is a great place to be a patient the nurse's and aides are awesome they will explain things to you and if they don't know the answers they will find them out for you.The housekeepers help to keep your room tidy,and dietary makes and serves some very tastie food.I would not mind being a patient here if i had to be one somewhere i would choose here.

    KSB is the best place for patient because of the organization wide commitment to superior customer service and first-rate healthcare. From the top down we as an organization understand, practice and strive to meet every goal and reach bench-marks in all phases of healthcare. Our senior management team as committed to the prescriptive to DOS, which has improved and maintained morale throughout the organization as every level. The patient care givers, has made a point to practice AIDET with our patient’s coupled with active listening skills correlates to improved diagnosis, improved accuracy, and improved customer care and satisfaction. And while these improvements are obvious, by continuing to have this winning attitude our organization will continue to set patient care bench marks.

    KSB is the best place for patients, simply because we view each of these people as that: people. When people work together as well as we, the KSB staff do, patients notice that. They notice our commitment to them, to ourselves, and to the community to be the best place for our patients, and take that with them. When somebody comes to KSB, and is treated with the kindness, respect and excellent care we all know we give, they want to continue to utilize our services. They want to know somebody is listening, and willing to help. I cannot even mention how many people have asked me to thank people in other departments, by name, simply because that person made an impression. We all make that impression, individually, but more importantly, as a whole. Our patients know that they are important to each of us, and that they are each a VIP to all of us. And we know that patients are the heart of KSB, the reason we are all here.

    KSB is the best place for patients to receive care as they have hired great people to provide excellent care to go along with their motto, It's The People.

    Staff members go out of their way to treat patients with respect and dignity, and the patients that come through KSB's doors are treated as individuals rather than just another number.

    Administration pays close attention to patient satisfaction surveys, and have put systems in place to reward and motivate employees for going above and beyond what is expected for patient care.

    KSB is the best place for patients because of our "family feel" and caring response to our patients. Is is obvious in the answers and attitudes of our staff that we "care" how our patients feel both physically and emotionally.

    As a recent patient I can tell you that it is just like our motto says, "It's the people!" They make everything comfortable by explaining what they are going to do, treat you with dignity and respect through even the most undignified procedure. They make you feel like you are their most important patient for the day even if they have ten procedures to do that day.

    There are many reasons why KSB is the best place for Patients to receive care. One such reason is the education and training that KSB gives to its employees on an ongoing basis. This important procedure helps to create proper mindsets, thought processes, and work practices. Like Mike Sarno stated above, this created a "trickle-down" effect, and this helps a Patient at KSB to receive great quality care as a result.

    I AM ALWAYS OVERWHELMED BY THE COMPASSION AND CARING OF ALL MY FELLOW EMPLOYEES THROUGHOUT THE HOSPITAL. I HAVE SEEN IT FIRST HAND IN WORKING WITH PATIENTS AND SHOWN TO MY OWN FAMILY MEMBERS. WE REALLY DO GO THAT EXTRA MILE TO KEEP OUR PATIENTS HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE BECAUSE WE REALLY DO CARE AND IT MAKES IT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK. WE SAY IT ALL THE TIME BUT "IT REALLY IS THE PEOPLE"AND ISN'T THAT GREAT!
