I wanted to take a moment to write you a note regarding a recent visit to the ER. My wife and I were in a bad accident on Monday night near Dixon due to the weather conditions. Our car flipped thanks to black ice and both my wife and I were injured with my wife sustaining the worse of the injuries.
I must tell you that being in a strange location, hurt and not sure of anything – your team in the ER did an exceptional job. The care, kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Scott, Mark and Kathy showed compassion throughout our entire ordeal. Not only did they ensure that we were taken care of but made certain that they demonstrated a warmth during a very difficult ordeal. You should be proud of your team and they could probably teach some of these larger hospitals a thing or two about how to treat a patient. In addition they were kind to my family, provided needed information and even offered something for all of us to eat. All of that went a long way that evening. Thank you for taking fantastic care of me and my wife on that night.
