Updated: Cardiac Rehab Celebrates Every Season

Cardiac Rehab patients receive the “Royal Treatment”
Rehab can be hard work! As always, the nurses in Cardiac Rehab were awake and enthusiastic this morning to motivate their patients.  Today’s celebration was for the Royal Wedding.
We are having a wonderful time with the royal wedding, even our patients are wearing the hats, everyone loves this!
We invite anyone to come have cupcakes and mints with us!
The Cardiac Rehab team does a great job bringing enthusiasm to their jobs and making patients feel welcome. Here’s a photo of their ever-changing holiday tree. Thanks for making KSB Hospital special!
– Dave

We had a patient at Christmas time donate the tree to the Cardiopulmonary Rehab area and we have decorated the tree every month since December.

For April, we had several patients donate items for the tree with Easter decorations. The patients would come to rehab and comment on the tree all the time.

We would just like to share this with others and our next decorating will be for Memorial Day.

Thank you,

Vicki Friedrich and the Cardiac Rehab girls

The registration department also does this and it looks very inviting as you enter to be a patient at KSB. It is a great idea to save having to put up and take down the trees every year but does require some extra work and energy on the part of these two departments. Great Job!!

Beautiful Wedding in Cardiac Rehab, the staff is dressed to royal 9"s and the cakes and tea with mints are just the right touch of luxury.

I just wanted to tell you that I stopped up in the Cardiac Rehab, and I was stunned. How wonderful the tree looked. They even let me try on the hats. What fun it was. Keep up the tree decorating.
