Record-Setting Blood Drive

More blood donations were received yesterday than during any other blood drive in KSB Hospital history, HR Director Suzanne Ravlin announced this morning.

KSB employees and guests donated 102 total units.  Three first time donors and thirty-five KSB employees took part in the record-setting drive.

Employee enthusiasm in community efforts like the blood drive–and like so many other fundraisers and causes–is just another part of what makes KSB Hospital employees special.

Thank you for your commitment to serving our community!

Great job to Dean Rhodes who coordinates the entire Blood Drive. He does a wonderful job making phone calls for appointments, advertising, and coming up with new ideas to keep the participation high. Great job!

I am thankful that these blood drives are held right here on campus and that KSB management supports our ability to donate while at work. It makes it very convenient to participate in a very worthwhile cause and I encourage more employees to get involved with this program. It only take about an hour out of your day to participate and you can help so many individuals with this donation.
