Another thank you letter from a satisfied patient. Notice how important it is for patients to receive clear explanations of what’s happening, and how they appreciate all employees asking if there’s anything else that can be done. Great job communicating!

  1. Thanks Dave for posting letters like this. Simply put, it's a reflection of our work ethic. It's rewarding when you know you've made a genuine connection with a patient – plus it keeps that momentum going in providing such excellent patient care!

  2. Good job, everybody! How cool. I also think that few things cause patient's expectations to be exceeded like excellent teamwork, as typefied by KSB.
