Marital Advice Applies to Employee Surveys
I invited Suzanne Ravlin to share some thoughts on the employee survey and why it’s important for all employees to participate. Our goal is to be the best place for employees to work, and this survey helps us identify our strengths and weaknesses toward that goal.
Suzanne Ravlin, Director of Human Resources
My husband often says, “I can’t read your mind!” And for once he’s right.
We want to know what you think about working at KSB Hospital, but we can’t read your mind either!
Since we can’t read minds, we’ve put together a survey to allow you to share your thoughts with us in a more tangible way. In order for us to truly work toward making KSB Hospital the best place for employees to work, we need to hear from every employee! The only way for us to know what is going well and what needs improvement is for you to tell us. You can take a written survey in the PDR or a computerized survey in the IS Computer Lab–check The OC or postings at the timeclocks for the scheduled hours. This anonymous survey takes less than 30 minutes to complete and gives us a great deal of useful feedback from employees in all departments. If you can not make it to a scheduled time just stop by Human Resources to fill one out.
All who take the survey can enter a drawing to win a flat-screen TV, an iPod Touch, gas cards, gift certificates and PDL–and it doesn’t take a mind reader to know that you’d like to win one of those great prizes!
