I see world- class customer service being delivered at KSB every day. Infrequently I see behavior from our customers that borders on abuse. All of you work far too hard to meet our patients’ expectations to tolerate unacceptable behavior in return.
We will not tolerate an Employee’s physical or verbal abuse by a Customer, and we will back the Employee completely if we see this happening.
If you find yourself in this situation I urge you to contact Senior Leadership immediately.
It’s our job to care more than any other people care. It’s also our job to create and maintain a positive work environment.
