“Thank you for making my first visit so special!”
We often talk about how KSB Hospital strives to make a positive impact on our community. This letter is a perfect example of how we can provide an excellent patient experience and make a great first impression for our community at the same time. Way to go Dr. Long and staff!
Hello!I am writing this email to let Dr. Long, his staff, and the rest of the hospital know how PLEASED I am with my visit today. My family and I are very new to Dixon, and this was my first time at Commerce Towers as well as my first time seeing Dr. Long. It’s always kind of a scary thing when you schedule a personal appointment with a new doctor, especially a gynecologist. Dr. Long was extremely polite, professional and very informative. He made me feel comfortable with talking about my body. I have had a bad experience in my past so it’s really a relief to have found such an awesome doctor. Even the nurses that worked with him were excellent. They were very helpful with my toddler son while my appointment took place. I am just blown away with the whole atmosphere at the Commerce Towers. I mean, even the gal that drew my blood gave my son a stretchy bandage like my own and made him feel SUPER special! And on our way out, a man working the doors outside named Jim, stopped and talked to us about my son and we even got to talking about his son and grandchildren! He told me we need more people like myself to move to Dixon. I mean, how sweet is that?! I am overwhelmed with joy and I feel silly for saying this, but I truly can’t wait to come back. Thank you all for making my first visit so special. It means a lot.
