“I was treated like royalty!”

As a Patient Navigator, Jason Brusky, RN, hears many positive stories from patients about their experience at KSB. He recently shared some feedback that I think sums it up:

I called Nancy to check on her after her hospital stay. She wanted me to make sure that a “big thank you” is given to the nurses who cared for her (4th floor).  

She states “I was treated like royalty!” and “They were right there when I needed them.”
