The Best View in Town
Look around. What do you see?
I recently had the chance to look at the world from a new point of view: on top of the newly-named KSB Lovett Center. We’ve all seen the historic Dixon National Bank building, more recently Midland States Bank, from our perspective walking or driving through downtown Dixon. But last week I got a new perspective standing on the roof, looking far and wide across town.
What did I see? Community, history, opportunity. When KSB agreed to buy the building, I knew we would be renewing our commitment to downtown Dixon. Standing on top of the building, I could see KSB Hospital, Commerce Towers, and Town Square Center. I could see the investments we’ve made over the decades to expand, modernize, and improve our facilities. I could also see our purpose: to serve the people who live in the homes and neighborhoods that stretched out in every direction.
I saw that KSB is an important part of this wonderful community. We live and work side-by-side with families, businesses, schools, and community services. We see opportunity all around.
We will continue to recruit highly-skilled physicians and invest in modern facilities and high-tech equipment. We will continue to offer excellent service in convenient locations. And we will continue to make Dixon a community we all can be proud of.
That’s what I saw when I stood on the KSB Lovett Center roof and looked out across our community. What do you see?
